If for any reason you are not satisfied with your mercersmarine.com order, you are welcome to return it, “PREPAID” within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the following items can not be returned.

  1. Special Order Products.
  2. Cut Items: ie. hose, rope, chain, tubing, moulding etc.
  3. Items with expiry dates.

To ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please follow all of the detailed instructions below:

  1. Indicate the product and quantity you are returning, as well as the date of purchase and invoice number.
  2. Indicate the reason for the return:
    • Not suitable
    • Damaged in transit
    • Defective when received
    • Wrong item delivered
  3. Ensure all accessories and manuals are included with your re-packaged product(s) and that the item is returned in original manufacturers packaging.
  4. Include the completed information above with your product(s) and mail your return to the address listed below:

Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges must be prepaid. We are happy to refund all original and return shipping charges when it is our error. If you choose to return the product(s) to Mercers Marine via courier, Mercers Marine will only refund the Canada Post basic delivery postage rate or our Courier negotiated rate. Manufacturer’s warranties typically do not cover return freight charges for defective products.

Warranty

Goods returned under warranty will be serviced in accordance with the terms of the applicable manufacturer’s warranty or by determination by Mercer’s Marine.
